Abstract: The geometric model of the parent vessel was created in a results of research bifurcation vascular circle of Willis. The parent vessel is separated into two subsidiaries vessels and there are atherosclerotic plaques in lateral angles of it. Using this model, blood flow parameters are set at different thickness of plaques. The optimum angle of branching arteries circle of Willis, in which blood flow passes place of stenosis with minimal energy loss, is identified. Also artery bifurcation angles the circle of Willis, in which there is a high possibility of appearance of an aneurysm, are installed
