dc.description.abstract	Acute appendicitis – is the most widespread children’s surgical disease of abdominal organs. Difficulties of diagnosis of this disease, various clinical manifestations, the speed of the development of the destructive process in appendix can lead to appendicular peritonitis. Definition of optimum methods of surgical intervention has become the objective of our research.
