Abstract

Scientific work is devoted to the study questions and confirm the suitability of methods to fulfillment of measurements. As part of the recommendations presented and algorithms confirm the suitability of methods, providing the necessary documents while processing algorithms of the results of measurements by hand and using the software. Much more detailed confirmation of the suitability of this method of measurement techniques, as an internal quality control, types of interpretation of internal controls, features and algorithm of its holding. Also identified four basic approaches to the interpretation of the results of measurements in the context of determining the true value (error approach, uncertainties approach, IEC approach, a hybrid approach). For each of the approaches defined goals, objectives, philosophies, formulas and graphic interpretation themselves approaches and measurement results
