Abstract

The subject of the research is connected with public relations related to road safety. The aim of the work is the research of a number of problematic issues of administrative responsibility in the field of road safety, as put forward by the theory and practice of application of the legislation, as well as actual issues in the administrative process. The specific cases of administrative offenses in the areas of road safety, what have revealed a number of violations on the side of the body conducting the administrative process, alongside with some of the gaps in administrative material and procedural law have been analyzed in the process of scientific researches.
