Особенности оказания хирургической помощи при массовом поступлении раненых и пострадавших вследствие террористического акта

Abstract

The object of the study was the sample of suffered from the terrorist act and organization of surgical departments in terms of the mass admission of wounded and injured from mine-explosion trauma. The work was based on the analysis of the final clinical diagnoses of injured in a terrorist attack on the «Oktyabrskaya» subway station, Minsk, April 11, 2011. The study included 195 clinical diagnoses of victims. The data indicate: injuries among large proportion are mixed and combined, the damage degree directly depends on the type of explosive device and its location, knowledge of the characteristics of the pathogenesis and treatment of gunshot and mine-explosive injuries, mastery of the technique of primary surgical treatment of wounds should be an integral part of each surgeon
