Abstract

The object of our research was the assessment of laboratory test results in treatment IM with GC and AB, and the assessment of effectiveness and propriety of inclusion of such medicines in complex therapy IM. In the course of treatment there were defined 4 groups of children. The effectiveness of these treatment was estimated according to the following criteria (days): the duration of temperature, the duration of incrustation preservation, the duration labored nasal breathing, the duration of increase of lymph gland, liver, spleen, the duration of leukocytosis, duration and shift of leukocyte test to the left .The examination of children included our clinical methods (complete blood count, common urine analysis, biochemical blood analysis), throat swab on flora, US of abdominal cavity organs (liver, spleen)
