Сравнительная характеристика комплексов фенольных соеднинений некоторых представителей флоры Республики Беларусь с потенциальной антиоксидантной и противовоспалительной активностью

Abstract

Qualitative content of phenolic compounds of different organs of cranberry, blueberry, heather and Echinacea harvested on the territory of Republic of Belarus was investigated. HPLC method was used for determination of phenolic compounds in raw materials. Identification was made by comparing retention times and absorption spectra of substances in ethanol extracts from cranberry, blueberry, heather and Echinacea with those of standard substances. In addition to that comparative analysis was made for phenolic compounds of fruits, leaves and stems of cranberry and for flowers, stems, leaves and roots of Echinacea. According to the obtained data predominant phenolic compounds of cranberry, blueberry, heather and Echinacea harvested on the territory of Republic of Belarus were flavonoids and phenolic acids
