Abstract: To estimation bacteria-persistent materials, using under anaerobic biological corrosion, have developed anaerobicsuspension method, which allow to estimate the intensity of metabolism of sulfate-reducing bacteria in the presence of bio60 protected materials. The antibacterial properties of 76 samples of polymer coatings corrosion-resistant for metals were evaluated using anaerobic-suspension method. One effective coating was defected with highest value of bacteria-persistent and technical specifications for its production were developed. The procedure of measurements, which include anaerobicsuspension method, was prepared and certified at the Belarusian State Institute of Metrology
