dc.description.alternativeIt is possible to develop new type of X-ray microscope on the base of refracting lenses. Resolution of X-ray microscope is limited by diffraction. The valid part of a complex refraction index is less than 1 in X-rays, so the focusing lens for X-rays is the concave lens. The biconcave lens has a different thickness due to shape and waves at the exit of the lens will be deformed due to thickness variation. Calculations of intensity distribution in the focal plane of a refracting x-ray lenses depending on absorption are made.
