| dc.description.abstract | Анализируются вопросы становления, состояния и совершенствования, а также проблемы координации и согласованности действий в организации финансового контроля, требующие внимания каждого из государств Евразийского экономического союза, затрагивающие права и законные интересы большого круга лиц. В частности, подчеркивается отсутствие в действующем национальном законодательстве стран ЕАЭС определения понятия «финансовый контроль», формулируется его примерная дефиниция. Изучается судебная практика в отношении актов органов финансового контроля, а также суждения о новых формах и видах финансового контроля. Предлагается продолжить дальнейшие научные исследования данного вопроса, совершенствование правового регулирования на национальном и международном уровнях, его гармонизацию и даже унификацию, сближение судебной практики. | ru |
