| Abstract: | Inonolus obhquus (Pers.:Fr.) Pil. f. sterilis (Vanin) Nicol - the sterile form of a tinder fungus oblique, chaga is a source melanins, related to group allomelanins. Melanin from I. obhquus f. sterilis possesses strongly pronounced antioxidant properties. In low concentration inhibited aminibipheml peroxidase oxidation with efficiency decreasing in a line: benzidine-3,3 -dimethylbenzidine-3,3 -dimethoxybenzidine-3,3 ,5,5 -tet-ramethylbenzidine. Possesses high sorption capacity concerning heavy metals. |
