| Abstract (in another language): | Medical workers are subject to numerous stresses, associated with a huge responsibility for the life and health of patients, a long stay in the "field" of negative experiences. Being in such conditions requires from a specialist of the medical institution high psychological stability, the ability to resist stress, information and emotional overload. |
