Abstract: Thin films of copper(ll) hexadecachlorophthalocyanlne (CI'PcCu) were irradiated by 80 keV Sn ions. The post-implantation macrostructure and chemical composition of implanted CI*PcCu layer was investigated using atomic force microscopy (AFM) and electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA).
