dc.description.abstract	Описаны факторы, определяющие принятие решений у пациентов с алкогольной зависимостью. Хотя по мере развития алкоголизма усиливается дефицитарность произвольного внимания, этот показатель, как и стаж заболевания, оказался несвязанным с успешностью выполнения игровой задачи. Единственным значимым фактором, позволяющим предсказать набранные в игровой задаче баллы, оказался уровень импульсивности пациента. Полученные данные свидетельствуют в поддержку разработанной П. Р. Финном когнитивно-мотивационной теории личностной предрасположенности к алкоголизму.	ru

dc.description.alternative	The paper describes the determinants of decision-making in alcoholic patients. Although voluntary attention deficit grows with development of alcoholism, this indicator, as well as the years of disease, was unrelated to the successful performance of Gambling Task. The only significant factor predicting scores in this task is the level of the patient’s impulsivity. The results obtained support Cognitive-motivational Theory of Personality Vulnerability to Alcoholism (P. R. Finn).	ru
