| dc.description.abstract | Рассматриваются дефиниции «международная гражданская служба» и «международный гражданский служащий», проанализированы основные характеристики, определяющие содержание данных понятий. Прослеживаются особенности доктринальных подходов к определениям, приводятся примеры употребления различных терминов в отношении персонала международных организаций в международных и национальных правовых актах. В результате проведенного исследования предложены авторские определения понятий «международная гражданская служба» и «международный гражданский служащий», уточнено предпочтительное использование терминов в зависимости от круга включаемых в них вопросов и лиц. | ru |
