Группа инфекционных болезней, известных как гепатит А, В, С, D и Е, поражает сотни миллионов людей в мире, вызывая острую и хроническую болезнь печени и ежегодно приводя примерно к 1,4 млн случаев смерти. Вирусные гепатиты представляют собой как медицинскую, так и социально-экономическую проблему. Актуальность данной проблемы связана с их широким распространением, наносимым бременем болезни от осложнений и инвалидности, а также потенциалом вызывать вспышки болезни. | |
