| Abstract: | The results of long-term studies of the flora and mostly phytopathogenic mycobiota of Minsk region are presented. Overall 1500 species of plants, 655 genera and 130 families were found. About half of species appeared to be rare in Belarus, Minsk height, Minsk region and counties. Biodiversity of phytopathogenic fungi belonging to Peronosporales, Erysiphales, Uredinales and to some extent hyphomycetes and their host specificity was studied. Infraspecific differentiation of some economically important pathogens was analyzed. Extensive studies on aquatic hyphomycetes led to the description of 4 new species. |
