| Abstract: | Biochemical properties of actomyosins from malignant rat tumours rhabdomyosarcoma RA-2, Walker-256, RS-1, sarcoma-45 were investigated. As a result of the study, several catalytic properties of actomyosins from the malignant rat tumours tested are typical to that of the actomyosins from normal skeletal muscles and nonmuscular tissues. As compared with the actomyosin from skeletal muscle certain differences detected at the level of ATPase activity and viscosimetric sensitivity to MgATP shows the biochemical dedifferentiation of rhabdomyosarcoma cells. |
