dc.description.abstract | Using a vacuum method, copper phthalocyanine has been dispersed in thin polymer films. Plasma-synthesized polymer and polyiraide were used as polymer matrixes. The structure of phthalocyanine aggregate in the composite films has been investigated by optical absorption spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The hopping mechanism of conductivity of the prepared composites has been identified in the temperature range 290-350 K using ac conductivity. The influence of oxygen and NO2 on dc conductivity of composite films has been investigated. | ru |
