Abstract: The results of investigation of Monte-Carlo modeling of atomic collision cascades in organic materials are present. The threshold energy of dividing cascades on subcascades was estimated. Contribution of recoil atoms in basic physical processes going along with accelerating particle motion in organic materials was elicited.
