Разгледжаны існуючыя праблемы стварэння адзінай сістэмы мытнага транзіту ў рамках агульнай геаэканамічнай прасторы. Акрэслены новаўвядзенні ў сферы рэгулявання транзітных перавозак, якія ўводзяцца або будуць уведзены новымі мытнымі кодэксамі інтэграцыйных аб’яднанняў. Прыведзена характарыстыка перспектыў збліжэння еўразійскай і еўрапейскай транзітных сістэм. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to theoretical analysis of customs transit systems in the EU and the EEU. Existing problems of creation a single customs transit system within the entire geo-economic space are investigated. New provisions of customs transit procedure introduced by new customs codes of the unions are marked. The convergence prospects of the Eurasian and European transit systems are analysed. |
