Abstract

Disclosed are the theoretical problems of formation of economic policy in connection with the institutional changes at the global, regional and national levels. The necessity of formation of a new theory, responsive to the interests of not TNCs and local financial groups, but to the state's national interests and the interests of productive capital that is driven by the phase of post-industrial development.
