Abstract

International technologies transfer has an important role in contemporary world trade system. Technology pack has the most complicated structure for organizing, transferring and fulfilling the obligations under the international technologies transfer. The process of the international technology transfer between donor countries and recipient countries fulfills under one of two models (developed countries, developing countries and countries in transition). As the result o f international technologies transfer we can see the gradual transition from most simple forms of technology transfer to complex technology packs content of which depends from the donor countries and recipient countries level of technology development. The most effective instrument of technologies transfer in the world economy is foreign trade contract.
