Внешнеполитическая тематика в предвыборных программах основных политических партий Германии 2009 г.

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены позиции основных партий ФРГ по важнейшим вопросам внешней политики. Определены характерные различия в их предвыборных программах, которые способны оказать влияние на дальнейшее взаимодействие новой правящей коалиции ХДС/ХСС — СвДП и левой оппозиции в рамках формирования германской внешнеполитической стратегии. Результаты этого исследования представляют интерес в контексте изучения эволюции германской политики на современном этапе. Они могут быть также использованы при разработке перспективных направлений сотрудничества Республики Беларусь и ФРГ с учетом итогов федеральных выборов 2009 г. = The positions of the leading German parties regarding the main issues of foreign policy are considered in this article. It defines a characteristic distinctions in their pre-election programs which are able to influence further interaction between the new ruling coalition of the CDU/CSU — FDP and the left opposition within the framework of formation of German foreign policy strategy. The results of this research are of interest for studying the evolution of German policy at the present stage. They could be also used in planning of some promising directions of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Germany taking into account the results of federal elections in 2009.
