Современные представления об эмоциональном интеллекте и его месте в структуре личности

Abstract

Проанализированы феномен эмоционального интеллекта и его место в структуре личности с точки зрения различных подходов к изучению (вид интеллекта, компонент эмоциональной сферы, метапроцессуальный феномен или совокупность некогнитивных способностей). Предлагается рассматривать данный феномен как интегральное когнитивно-личностное образование с наиболее выраженным когнитивным компонентом, совокупность умственных способностей к пониманию эмоций и управлению ими, компетенций, связанных с обработкой и трансформацией эмоциональной информации, а также коммуникативных, эмоциональных, интеллектуальных и регулятивных личностных свойств, содействующих адаптации индивида. = The article analyzes the phenomenon of emotional intelligence and its place in the structure of personality in terms of the different approaches to the study of his (kind of intelligence component of the emotional sphere, metaprotsessualny phenomenon or set of non-cognitive abilities). Summing up the various points of view on the phenomenon of emotional intelligence, the author proposes to consider it as an integral cognitive-personal formation with the most severe cognitive component, as a set of mental abilities to understand the emotions and management, competencies related to the processing and transformation of emotional information and communicative, emotional, intellectual and regulatory personality properties that contribute to the adaptation of the individual.
