Теоретические и практические аспекты интегральной оценки тенденций и последствий развития экотуризма

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу нового подхода к оценке тенденций и последствий развития экологического туризма с учетом экономических, природно-рекреационных, социально-культурных особенностей страны. Предложенная автором методика рассматривается на двух уровнях: на международном уровне для оценки тенденций и последствий развития туризма и на национальном уровне для оценки тенденций и последствий развития экологического туризма. Это дает возможность обеспечить реализацию эффективной экономической политики в сфере экологического туризма с учетом возможных последствий в экономической, экологической, социальной и культурной сферах развития общества. Использование предложенной методики позволит определить воздействие туризма на экономику, экологию и социально-культурную сферу стран, что даст возможность выявить конкурентные преимущества стран в развитии туризма. = The article is devoted to the analysis of a new approach to the assessment of trends and effects of the ecological tourism development, taking into account economic, natural, recreational, socio-cultural characteristics of the country. The methodology proposed by the author is considered at two levels: at the international level to assess trends and effects of the tourism development, and at the national level to assess trends and effects of the ecotourism development. This makes it possible to ensure the implementation of an effective economic policy in the sphere of ecological tourism, taking into account possible effects in economic, ecological, social and cultural spheres of the society development. The use of the proposed methodology will let determine the impact of tourism on the economy, ecology and socio-cultural sphere of countries, which will enable us to identify competitive advantages of countries in the tourism development.
