Иммунокоррекция детей, проживающих в экологически неблагоприятных городах Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Состояние иммунологической реактивности – один из ранних и чувствительных показателей воздействия на организм неблагоприятных факторов окружающей среды. Изучение иммунного статуса детского населения позволяет оценить степень влияния неблагоприятных факторов окружающей среды на организм человека. Анализ состояния здоровья детей, проживающих в экологически неблагоприятных городах Беларуси, позволил выявить рост показателей общей заболеваемости, но особенно значимым является увеличение числа больных с нарушениями в системе иммунитета. Проведение иммунологического мониторинга у детей позволяет выявить значимые отклонения в их иммунной системе и по этой основе прогнозировать последствия неблагоприятных воздействий и разрабатывать методы адекватной иммунокоррекции = The state of immunological reactivity is one of the earliest and most sensitive indicators of the impact of unfavorable environmental factors on the body. The study of the immune status of the child population makes it possible to assess the degree of influence of unfavorable environmental factors on the human body. An analysis of the health status of children living in ecologically unfavorable cities of Belarus made it possible to identify the increase in the indicators of the overall incidence, but the increase in the number of patients with impairments in the immunity system is particularly significant. Immunological monitoring in children allows revealing significant deviations in their immune system and on this basis to predict the consequences of adverse effects and to develop methods of adequate immunocorrection
