Регуляторная мотивация кроветворения в условиях экспериментального иммунного ответа у мышей высоко- и низкоотвечающей линий

Abstract

Оценена возможность использования модели иммунного ответа на антиген (эритроциты барана) для мышей линий СВА и C57Bl в целях исследования регуляторных различий кроветворения. Модель позволяет прижизненную регистрацию числа лейкоцитов и их популяций в течении длительного периода. На этой модели показаны выраженные отличия реагирования кроветворной системы у мышей СВА и C57Bl при формировании иммунного ответа, что расширяет возможности экспериментального изучения межсистемных взаимодействий кроветворной и иммунной систем при воздействии на организм факторов различной природы = The possibility of using the immune response model for the antigen (erythrocyte ram) for mice of the CBA and C57Bl lines was studied in order to study regulatory differences in hematopoiesis. The model allows lifetime registration of the number of leukocytes and their populations over a long period.
