Методы исследования форм государства в историческом времени и пространстве

Abstract

Предлагаются концепции методов исследования форм государства в историческом времени и пространстве. Данный процесс рассматривается как полифакторное явление, связанное со многими компонентами, анализирующимися в динамическом процессе совместного взаимодействия при изменении форм государства. При изучении методов исследования форм государства автор применяет теорию систем. Форма государства рассматривается на стыке наук как естественных, так и гуманитарных. При определении форм государства предлагается использовать системный подход, при котором исследуются элементы и факторы, влияющие во времени и пространстве на государственную систему. Анализируется этносоциальная структура, рассматривается ее взаимодействие с формой государства. Для изучения форм правления предлагается учитывать географию месторазвития этносоциальной системы; стадию жизнедеятельности этносоциума; тип и качество правящего отбора, коррелирующего с формой государства; культурные доминанты и процессы, происходящие в этносоциальных системах в результате контактов = This article propose a new concept methods of research forms of the state in historical time and space. The author considers this process as a multifactorial phenomenon, who connected with many components. These components are analyzed in dynamic process of joint cooperation with the changing forms of the state. When we consider methods of research forms of the state, author uses theory of systems. The form of the state is considered at the intersection of science, as natural and humanitarian. It is proposed to be used in determining the forms of the state system method, which research the elements and factors, which influence in time and space on the state system. Analyzed ethnosocial structure and determined by its cooperation with the forms of the state system. In determining forms of government, the author proposes to take into view: the geography of the place of development of ethnosocial systems; stage of life of etnosotsium; type and quality of the ruling selection, which cooperates with the forms of the state; the cultural dominant and processes, occurring in the ethnosocial systems, as a result of contacts
