Организационная структура управления как основной элемент оценки эффективности системы управления устойчивым развитием предприятия

Abstract

Рассмотрены место и роль организационной структуры в системе управления устойчивым развитием и в технологиях прозрачного менеджмента предприятия. Отражены основные элементы и показатели организационной структуры в системе управления устойчивым развитием. Приведена технологическая последовательность операций прозрачного управления на основе организационной структуры. Отмечено, что для оценки эффективности системы управления устойчивым развитием предприятия необходимо использовать показатели, характеризующие уровень управляемости и уровень развития организационной структуры управления. Обосновано, что организационная структура управления позволяет оценить эффективность процессов и процедур управления устойчивым развитием на всех уровнях руководства, а также внедрить технологии прозрачного менеджмента в производственно-хозяйственную деятельность предприятия. = The article considers the place and role of organizational structure in the system of management of sustainable development of enterprises and technologies of transparent management of the enterprise. The main components and indicators of the organizational structure in the management system of sustainable development of an enterprise and in the procedure transparent management are described. The technological sequence of operations on the basis of transparent management of organizational structure is considered. It is shown that to assess the effectiveness of the management of sustainable development of the enterprise should be used the indicators characterizing the level of manageability and the growth level of organizational management structure. It is proved that the organizational structure allows to evaluate the effectiveness of the processes and procedures for the management of sustainable development at all levels of governance and to introduce the technology of transparent management into the processes of production and economic activity of the enterprise.
