Библиотеки Алтайского округа (на рубеже XIX–XX вв.)

Abstract

Изучение истории книжного, библиотечного дела Алтая, выявление особенностей способствует целостному восприятию развития культуры как Сибири, так и России в целом. В статье рассмотрены вопросы постановки библиотечного дела в Алтайском округе на рубеже XIX–XX вв. На основе проведенного исследования дается обоснованный вывод о том, что общее количество библиотек на рубеже XIX–XX вв. неуклонно увеличивалось, хотя оставалось все еще недостаточным для такой большой территории, как Алтайский округ = Studying the history of books, librarianship of Altai region, revealing special features helps holistic perception of the development of Siberian culture and Russian culture in general.
