Концепция «тотальной справедливой войны» К. Шмитта

Abstract

В статье делается акцент на осмыслении кризиса политического и осуществляется анализ концепции «тотальной справедливой войны» немецкого мыслителя К. Шмитта. Подмена политики экономикой и демонизация врага как преступника стали главными следствиями кризиса политического. В силу этого классическая регулярная война в глобализирующемся мире трансформируется в «справедливую войну», которая становится тотальной и поэтому в принципе не может быть завершена мирным договором. В статье в качестве вывода утверждается, что современный мировой порядок базируется на тотальной войне, а партизан будет трансформироваться в террориста до тех пор, пока не будет признан как политический субъект. = The author of this article focuses on the conceptualization of the crisis of political and analyses the concept of «total just war» of German philosopher C. Schmitt. The substitution policy by economy and the demonization of the enemy as a criminal have become the main consequences of the crisis of political. In this in the globalizing world the classic regular war has been transforming into «the just war». So the just war becomes total and therefore in principle it cannot be concluded with a peace treaty. The author of this article argues that the modern world order is based on the total war, and the guerrilla will have been transforming into a terrorist until he is not recognized as the political subject.
