Международная практика взаимного признания института уполномоченного экономического оператора

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу международной практики взаимного признания института уполномоченного экономического оператора (УЭО). Автор подробно рассматривает рекомендации Всемирной таможенной организации по разработке соглашений о взаимном признании. Также по данному вопросу изучен опыт США. Значительное внимание уделено проблеме взаимного признания национальных программ УЭО между странами-участницами Евразийского экономического союза. = Article is devoted to the analysis of the international practice of the Mutual Recognition of the Authorized Economic Operators (AEO). The author considers in detail the guidelines of the World Customs Organization for the development of agreements on mutual recognition. Besides the experience of the USA on the matter is examined. The close attention is also focused on the issue of the mutual recognition of the national AEO programs between member states of the Eurasian economic union.
