Abstract

таможенного контроля финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, действующих правовых актов, регулирующих данную сферу. Обозначены основные виды таможенных проверок, а также определены особенности их проведения. Исследован механизм организации отдельных видов таможенных проверок, выделены ключевые стадии проведения данной формы таможенного контроля. Дана характеристика иных форм таможенного контроля, осуществляемых в рамках таможенной проверки. Проанализирована практика применения таможенной проверки и обозначены проблемы, связанные с её проведением. =This article focuses on the theoretical analysis of Customs inspection as a form of Customs control of financial and economic activities. The principal forms of Customs inspection and the main features of their application are outlined. The key provisions concerning the mechanism of the organization of certain types of Customs inspection are highlighted. The characteristic of other forms of Customs control carried out within the framework of Customs inspection is given. The practice of Customs inspection is analyzed during the research and the main problems associated with the implementation of this form of Customs control are considered.
