Abstract

Article covers the issues of notion, structure and content of the conception of improvement of the legislation, attention is paid to the distinguishing features between the conception of improvement of the legislation and the theory of the legislation. Detailed analysis is given the notion of the main vector in the development and improvement of the legislation, as well as it is submitted the methodology of its definition. Author puts forward the proposals on adoption of the law on the sources of law in the Republic of Belarus and the law on juridical technique, as well as on adoption of the state-wide programme of publication of official thematic collections of the effective legislation.
