Права як змест і інструмент мыслення ў рэлігійнай палеміцы канца XVI — сярэдзіны XVII ст. у Беларусі

Abstract

Артыкул даследуе ўкараненне права ў мысленне і сацыяльнае жыццё на беларускіх землях канца XVI — сярэдзіны XVII ст. Разглядаюцца шляхі пранікнення і дамінавання права ў міжрэлігійнай камунікацыі. Інтэрпрэтуецца ўплыў такога пранікнення на сацыяльнае жыццё ўсходняй часткі Рэчы Паспалітай. Асэнсоўваецца паняцце права як асновы палемічнага мыслення сярод прадстаўнікоў разнастайных канфесій поліэтнічнага і полірэлігійнага грамадства. = The article deals with rooting of law into the thinking and social life of Belarus between the end of XVI — middle part of XVII century. The research investigates the ways of law infiltration and domination into thinking and social life in Belarus of that period. The article proposes the interpretation and analysis of influence of this kind of infiltration on social life of eastern part of Polish and Lithuanian Commonwealth. The research provides the understanding of law as the basement of social communication between various participants of different religious organizations in poly-ethnic and poly-religious society in Belarus of that period.
