Тэндэнцыі ў развіцці палітычнай і прававой думкі Беларусі ў XVI ст.

Abstract

Consistently are investigated tendencies in development of political and legal thought of Belarus in the XVI century. In the article the author emphasizes the importance of such research with possibility of studying of legal and political traditions of the Belarusian people, definition of its level of intellectual maturity, quality of outlook and consciousness. Such sources of political and legal thought of Belarus of this period as Statutes of Grand Duchy of Lithuania 1529, 1566, 1588 and also legal and political ideas of progressive representatives of the XVI century are considered: Frantsisk Skorina, Lev Sapega, Andrey Volan, Ostafy Volovich, Nikolay Radzivill Chyorny. In this article the author pays special attention to such Renaissance manifestations, as reformation and humanistic movements. The conclusions drawn by the author are supported with links to authoritative researchers of history of political and legal thought of Belarus. At the end of the article six tendencies of political and legal thought of Belarus of the XVI century are allocated by the author. = Последовательно исследуются тенденции в развитии политической и правовой мысли Беларуси в XVI в. Их значимость объясняется возможностью изучения правовых и политических традиций белорусского народа, определением его уровня интеллектуальной зрелости, качества мировоззрения и самосознания. Рассматриваются такие источники политической и правовой мысли Беларуси данного периода, как Статуты Великого Княжества Литовского 1529, 1566, 1588 гг., а также правовые и политические идеи прогрессивных представителей XVI в.: Франциска Скорины, Льва Сапеги, Андрея Волана, Остафия Воловича, Николая Радзивилла Черного. Особое внимание автором уделено реформационному и гуманистическому движениям, являющимся проявлениями эпохи Возрождения. Сделанные автором выводы подкрепляются ссылками на авторитетных исследователей истории политической и правовой мысли Беларуси. Выделяется шесть тенденций политической и правовой мысли Беларуси XVI в.
