Эволюция конфликтной картины мира после холодной войны (эссе)

Abstract

Our world has completely changed after the Cold War. Due to appearance of new international actors, of new influential forces the modern system of international relations is becoming much more complex and multilevel. New asymmetric threats and challenges appear, and the main task of intellectuals in this new controversial world is to find explanations and, of course, solutions to global problems such as nuclear proliferation and hegemonic ambitions of some countries. If they succeed it will be possible to give useful recommendations to the international community how to deal with such serious problems as international terrorism and disproportions in socio-economic development between reach and poor countries. The author of this article tries to analyse the polyphonic nature of new international conflicts, and proposes conceptual approaches to studying and understanding them.
