Abstract

Discusses the prevalence of risk of non-chemical addictions, namely gambling and computer addiction in the educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Submitted to the socio-psychological characteristics of students with high risk for these types of addictions. Notes that individuals with low levels of mental health often has a high probability of pathological gambling and, conversely, those with high levels of psychological health often observed lack of consequences of gambling. The risk of computer addiction and the presence of this dependence is also increasingly concentrated among those with low levels of psychological health, while stage enthusiasm increasingly concentrated among those with high levels of psychological health.
