Влияние корпоратизации на процессы модернизации и развития экономики

Abstract

The article is devoted to the use of factors of corporatization in order to obtain positive results from the modernization of the economy. There were formulated prerequisites for the formation and development of the structures in the national economy. On the methodological principles of modernization theory were examined the benefits and challenges of corporate structures in the context of economic transformation. The features were the modernization process in the modern economy. There was the characteristic of the horizontal and vertical integration of business entities as a form of corporatization. We propose a methodological approach to the management of the process of corporatization of the national economy. There was discovered mechanism of depending economic modernization results from the formation of the corporate sector. There were formulated conclusions about the properties of corporations (internal resistance to the negative effects of the external economic environment in times of crisis, innovation receptivity, structural integrity and adaptability) that affect the performance of economic modernization. = Посвящена использованию факторов корпоратизации в целях получения положительных результатов от модернизации экономики. Сформулированы предпосылки формирования и развития структур в национальной экономике. На методологических принципах теории модернизации исследованы преимущества и проблемы корпоративных структур в условиях экономической трансформации. Выявлены особенности процессов модернизации в современной экономике. Дана характеристика горизонтальной и вертикальной интеграции субъектов хозяйствования как форм корпоратизации. Предложен методологический подход к управлению процессом корпоратизации в национальной экономике. Раскрыт механизм зависимости экономических результатов модернизации от формирования корпоративного сектора. Сделаны выводы об использовании свойств корпораций (внутренней устойчивости к негативному воздействию внешней экономической среды в кризисные периоды, инновационной восприимчивости, структурной целостности и адаптивности), влияющих на результативность модернизации экономики.
