Аннотация: A scheme is constructed for the numerical solution of a singular integral equation with a logarithmic kernel by the method of orthogonal polynomials. The proposed schemes for an approximate solution of the problem are based on the representation of the solution function in the form of a linear combination of the Chebyshev orthogonal polynomials and spectral relations that allows to obtain simple analytical expressions for the singular component of the equation. The expansion coefficients of the solution in terms of the Chebyshev polynomial basis are calculated by solving a system of linear algebraic equations. The results of numerical experiments show that on a grid of 20 –30 points, the error of the approximate solution reaches the minimum limit due to the error in representing real floating-point numbers.</description>

Аннотация: The possible instability of partial indices is one of the important constraints in the creation of approximate methods for the factorization of matrix functions. This paper is devoted to a study of a specific class of triangular matrix functions given on the unit circle with a stable and unstable set of partial indices. Exact conditions are derived that guarantee a preservation of the unstable set of partial indices during a perturbation of a matrix within the class. Thus, even in this probably simplest of cases, when the factorization technique is well developed, the structure of the parametric space (guiding the types of matrix perturbations) is non-trivial.</description>

Аннотация: Objective: The objective of the article is to verify the possibilities of mirror statistics of Russian imports for the analysis and identification of problems of Czech agricultural exports to the Russian market. Research Design &amp; Methods: The supply of agricultural products and foodstuffs (APF) to Russia in 2015-2018 was the focus of the study. We scrutinised the permissibility of using mirror statistics for analysis and formulated algorithms for aggregating and disaggregating foreign trade indices (FT-indices) in calculating and studying the group dynamics of the most important APF goods. Findings: We prove the acceptability of using mirror statistics for APF from the viewpoint of methodological standards by determining the position of the most important Czech APF products on the Russian market, including a comparison with similar imported goods. The study revealed that Czech statistics on beer exports to Russia should be increased by the amount of re-exports. Implications &amp; Recommendations: We formulate recommendations for the development of Czech APF exports to Russia for leaders’ goods, taking into account prices for similar imported goods. For beer (trade leader), we recommend enhancing the use of the intellectual property factor for trade growth. Moreover, we give recommendations on statistics of Czech exports to Russia on the need to adjust beer export volumes taking into account re-exports. Contribution &amp; Value Added: The research is original, as there were no studies prior to this one that would apply mirror statistics as an additional database and tool for identifying export problems not observed by national statistics.</description>

Аннотация: The study is devoted to assessing the innovative potential of agriculture of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. As part of the work, it was revealed that the Member States of the Union were united in order to ensure sustainable development in the current and strategic perspective. The analyzed agricultural indicators led to the conclusion that the Russian Federation is the absolute leader in terms of gross output and distribution of agricultural products, the Republic of Kazakhstan occupies the second place, and the Republic of Belarus in third place. At the same time, the specific indicator reflecting the collection and production of agricultural products per capita, which indicates the innovative development of agriculture, was analyzed in the work, as a result, it was revealed that the Russian Federation ranks last in terms of certain indicators. In this connection, mechanisms were proposed in the work aimed at increasing the innovative development of agriculture in the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.</description>
