Аннотация: Earlier developed by authors a quasi-relativistic model of graphene is proved to be a 2D Z2 × Z4 topological semimetal model with a number of internal degrees of freedom (ﬂavors)&#xD;
N = 3. Topological non-triviality of the model has been veriﬁed by simulation of non-abelian Zak phases accumulated on Wilson loops in the momentum space. Quantum statistical theory of non-abelian currents of Majorana-like charged carriers has been developed. Ohmic contribution to the current has been calculated as well as contributions stipulated by accounting of magnetoelectric eﬀects (resulting in a Hall current) and polarization ones (via Zitterbewegung eﬀect and Klein tunneling).</description>

Аннотация: Technologies of obtaining metal-dielectric nanostructures that can exhibit the properties of metamaterials have been considered. Original methods and tools for characterizing optical properties of the created composite structures (in particular, a diﬀerential polarization interferometer, a method and a device for detecting a negative refractive index) are proposed. Based on the developed metamaterials, new conﬁgurations of ﬂat lenses (so-called superlenses) of the near and far ﬁelds in the spectral range from ultraviolet to infrared radiation are proposed.</description>

      <title>Convergence of Perturbative Expansion Series in QED and the Muon g-2: One of the Oldest Problems in Quantum Field Theory and of the Latest Problems in the Standard</title>

Аннотация: Whether perturbative expansion series in quantum electrodynamics(QED) are convergent or not is discussed in detail, by taking the radiative corrections to the magnetic moment of a charged Dirac fermion such as the muon as an example. It is shown that they are asymptotic expansion, convergent, or divergent series, depending on the ﬁne-structure constant and the total number and masses of the charged particles. It is remarkable that their convergence not only constraints the ﬁne-structure constant and the total number and masses of the fermions but also forbids the existence of the magnetic monopole. It is also pointed out that the disagreement between the experimental value of the muon g-2 and the theoretical one predicted in the Standard Model may be due to an unexpectedly large sum of the perturbative expansion series.</description>

Аннотация: In recent years, the deployment of Health Information Systems and Radiology Information Systems in hospitals have enhanced the quality of administrative management and actively support diagnosis and treatment tasks of physicians. The core of these systems is the Electronic Health Record. Picture Archiving and Communication System is closely integrated to Radiology Information System. Their integration into Hospital Information System is presented in the paper. Practical results of deployment of the systems in hospitals are shown.</description>
