Заглавие документа: On One Approximation of a Solution of the Nonlinear Stochastic Differential Equation with a Drift and Its Application
Авторы: Zherelo, A.
Аннотация: The approximation of the special form for a solution of SDE with a drift has been considered. Proposed approximation has been used for numerical calculation of mathematical expectation with respect to solution of the original SDE.

Simulation of the ECAL Trigger System of the COMET Experiment

Заглавие документа: Simulation of the ECAL Trigger System of the COMET Experiment
Авторы: Melnik, A.; Shoukavy, Dz.
Аннотация: New high precision experimental search for the violation of the lepton quantum number at the charge lepton sector (the COMET experiment) will start soon. The COMET PhaseI experiment is seeking to measure the coherent neutrinoless conversion of a muon to an electron (µ − e conversion) in the field of an aluminium nucleus, with a single event sensitivity of 3 ×10−15. The simple model of the electron calorimeter (ECAL) of the COMET experiment has been created using GEANT4. There were created and compared a few algorithms for the signal event reconstruction by the ECAL trigger system.

On the Analytical Structure of Relativistic Two-body Interaction Current

Заглавие документа: On the Analytical Structure of Relativistic Two-body Interaction Current
Авторы: Bekzhanov, A. V.; Bondarenko, S. G.; Burov, V. V.
Аннотация: This article is a next step continuing the basic work “Relativistic two-body interaction current in the elastic e-D scattering”. Therefore consideration in this work is completely based on the original one. The work is concentrated principally on investigation of the analytical structure of matrix elements of the interaction part of the Mandelstam current of deuteron in the reaction of elastic electron-deuteron scattering. Description of the complete set of all singularities that appear in this model is given. Also the method of the calculation of moving singularities has been discussed.

Optical Bistability, Switching Waves and Pattern Formation in Nonlinear Microcavities: Numerical Solution of Maxwell Equations

Заглавие документа: Optical Bistability, Switching Waves and Pattern Formation in Nonlinear Microcavities: Numerical Solution of Maxwell Equations
Авторы: Romanov, O. G.
Аннотация: Finite-difference time-domain method for numerical solution of Maxwell equations has been applied to the problem of interaction of light beams with microcavities filled with the media exhibiting Kerr nonlinearity. The evolution of spatial-temporal structure of the light beams has been analyzed in the mode of optical bistability. The dynamics of transverse switching waves and the peculiarities of pattern formation in the cross-section of the light beams has have been analyzed numerically.
