In the process of writing the master’s thesis, the following results were obtained: the essence of the organization’s strategy was determined, the organization’s development strategies were outlined, the organization’s principles, content and stages were studied, the organization’s internal and external environment were analyzed, the internal and external environment of the А-100 filling station was analyzed , an organization development strategy has been formed for the A-100 and an economic rationale for the Belarusian organization A-100 development strategy has been given.
