Аннотация: The paper discusses statements of experts about objects represented as the&#xD;
predicate formulas consistence with theory T. Techniques for introducing metrics&#xD;
on such statements and measure of refutability and offered. The research can be&#xD;
applied to solving the problems of the best reconciliation of expert statements, to&#xD;
constructing the decision functions in pattern recognition and building the expert&#xD;
systems. The offered functions of measure of refutability satisfies all requirements&#xD;
formulated in [1, 2].</summary>

Аннотация: The paper propose method of construction of the computer medical system of&#xD;
disgnostic in wich to separate clusters for each class and the subsequent learning&#xD;
of intersection zones of such standards of classes is offered. While creation real&#xD;
applied pattern recognition systems the resulting working dictionary of characteristics&#xD;
often is empty or it doesn’t allow to get compact clusters separation&#xD;
in multidimensional space. As the result there is necessity to develop suitable&#xD;
clustering mechanism as well as clusters intersection investigations.</summary>

Аннотация: A new approach to data analysis and modeling of images and video information&#xD;
is introduced using a vector-quantization database. According to the&#xD;
proposed approach, data from previous images or frames of a video sequences is&#xD;
used to encode present frames based on similarity modeling. The results indicate&#xD;
an efficient handling and processing of the data, leading to significant savings in&#xD;
the required multimedia data with high quality of the perceived images.</summary>
