Этапы формирования зоны свободной торговли в рамках Содружества Независимых Государств

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются этапы формирования зоны свободной торговли (ЗСТ) в рамках Содружества Независимых Государств (СНГ). Создание ЗСТ рассматривается как важнейший шаг на пути углубления интеграции государств-участниц СНГ. Значительное внимание уделено также процессу формирования соответствующей согласованной нормативной правовой базы, разработки и принятия необходимых механизмов для реализации статей соглашения о ЗСТ. = The article discusses the steps of forming a free trade zone within the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), an agreement on the creation of which was signed in order to create terms for free movement of goods and services. Creating a free trade zone was seen as the first and most important step towards the integration of the CIS countries. The process of forming an FTA was a difficult and time protracted. Considerable attention is also paid to the process of building a relevant regulatory framework, the development and adoption of appropriate mechanisms for the implementation of the Articles of Agreement of the FTA.
