"Философия химии" - современная традиция методологического анализа химического знания

Abstract

The specific character of modern chemical knowledge and the factors responsible for the lack of clearly defined research interest in chemistry from the point of view of philosophy and methodology of science are discussed. The article considers the circumstances of appearance of a new direction in philosophy and methodology of science in the late 20th century – the philosophy of chemistry. It reveals a number of challenges facing the industry and new research to be solved by means of philosophy and methodology of science: the possibility of reduction of chemistry to physics, the nature of chemical models and the specific visualization of chemical information, the importance of social values in the development of modern chemistry. = Анализируется специфика современного химического знания и факторы, обусловившие отсутствие ярко выраженного исследовательского интереса к химии со стороны философии и методологии науки. Рассматриваются обстоятельства возникновения нового направления в философии и методологии науки в конце XX в. – философии химии. Выявляется ряд проблем, стоящих в связи с этим перед новой исследовательской отраслью: возможность редукции химии к физике, природа химических моделей и специфика средств визуализации химической информации, значение социальных ценностей в развитии современной химии.
