Роля партыйнага фактару ў беларуска-польскіх адносінах (1944—1989 гг.)

Abstract

У артыкуле аналізуецца роля супрацоўніцтва паміж КПСС і ПАРП і месца ў ім Кампартыі Беларусі ў сістэме савецка-польскіх адносін у 1944—1989 гг. Канстатуецца, што КПБ удзельнічала ў развіцці замежных сувязей КПСС, валодаючы, як і ўсе іншыя кампартыі саюзных рэспублік, статусам мясцовай партыйнай арганізацыі з усімі вынікаючымі з гэтага наступствамі. Замежныя сувязі КПБ з ПАРП, як і з іншымі кампартыямі сацыялістычных краін, ажыццяўляліся паводле дырэктыў ЦК КПСС і строга кантраляваліся і рэгламентаваліся Міжнародным аддзелам ЦК КПСС. У 45-гадовай гісторыі супрацоўніцтва паміж КПСС і ПАРП з акцэнтам на ўдзел у ім Кампартыі Беларусі выдзелены чатыры этапы, якія адлюстроўвалі паступовае ўзрастанне самастойнасці рэспубліканскай партыйнай арганізацыі ў міжпартыйных адносінах паміж кіруючымі партыямі СССР і ПНР. = The article analyses the role of cooperation between the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the Polish United Labour Party and the role of the Communist Party of Belarus in this cooperation within the framework of the Soviet-Polish relations in 1944—1989. It is stated that the Communist Party of Belarus participated in the development of international links of the Communist Party of the USSR. It had a status of the local party organization, like other Communist Parties of the Soviet republics with all the ensuing consequences. Foreign links of the Communist Party of Belarus with the Polish United Labour Party as well as with other Communist Parties of the Soviet republics were realized according to the directives of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and were strictly controlled and regulated by the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party. During the 45-year-long history of cooperation between the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the Polish United Labour Party with an accent on the Communist Party of Belarus participation in this process four stages were distinguished, which reflected gradual increase of the republican party organization independence in the inter-party relations between the leading parties of the USSR and the People’s Republic of Poland.
