| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются положения программных документов Республики Беларусь в области цифровизации сферы интеллектуальной собственности. Предлагаются конкретные способы внедрения цифровых технологий в деятельность патентного органа и иных организаций в области охраны интеллектуальной собственности. Особое внимание уделяется технологии блокчейн, а также вопросам электронного документооборота с применением сравнительно-правового метода. Впервые в Республике Беларусь выявляются основные тенденции цифровизации сферы интеллектуальной собственности и обосновывается необходимость более детального нормативного регулирования указанных технологий |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the provisions of the program documents of the Republic of Belarus in the field of digitalization of the sphere of intellectual property. Specific ways of introducing digital technologies into the activities of the patent authority and other organizations in the field of intellectual property protection are proposed. Particular attention is paid to blockchain technology, as well as issues of electronic document management using the comparative legal method. For the first time in the Republic of Belarus, the main trends in the digitalization of the sphere of intellectual property are identified and the need for more detailed regulatory regulation of these technologies is substantiated |
