Некоторые проблемы нелегальной миграции в Республике Беларусь (экспертный опрос)

Abstract

The article considers the results of the expert survey devoted to problems of illegal immigration and illegal labour migration in Belarus. The purpose of research lies in receiving the expert information on a phenomenon of illegal migration in Belarus and suggesting organizational and legal mechanisms for the optimization of the policy in the sphere of illegal migration. The representatives of Belarusian state bodies, of the academic and scientific communities and nongovernmental organizations working in Belarus have acted as experts in the survey. On the basis of expert estimations the scale of illegal migration, the further tendencies of the development of the existing flows are investigated, concrete measures to counteract illegal migration and to reduce the uncontrollable departure and employment of Belarusian labour are proposed.
